The Role As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take ownership of the commercial management of multiple residential developments, overseeing projects from pre-construction through to final account. Working alongside an experienced commercial team, you'll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered successfully, profitably, and to the highest standards. What We're Looking For We are keen to speak with established Senior Quantity Surveyors as well as experienced Project Quantity Surveyors ready to step into a more senior position.
Essential Experience & Skills Proven Quantity Surveying experience within the construction sector Experience managing multiple live residential developments simultaneously Strong subcontract procurement and account management expertise Excellent commercial awareness with a proactive approach to cost control Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a wider team Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline What's on Offer?
