Leading Main Contractor that has been operating for over 20 years across the UK and Ireland, consistently delivering high quality solutions. They work across various sectors carrying out a range of projects including new build, fit-out and facilities management. Projects:
The business work on a range of projects across various sectors. Upcoming projects include large value, one off bespoke new build houses, retail refurbishment, extensions and fitouts as well as a restoration project. Therefore, this position will suit a Site Manager that has experience working on various projects across multiple sectors.

The Role:

Lead daily site activities, overseeing groundworks, civils, and new build operations Supervise trades, subcontractors, and ensure high standards of workmanship Coordinate project sequences to keep activities on schedule, resolving issues swiftly Maintain full compliance with health & safety legislation, RAMS, and site procedures Collaborate with clients, project teams, and design professionals to ensure seamless project delivery Monitor site productivity, quality, and ensure project milestones are met from start to finish The Ideal Person:
