That's not a boast. That's just Tuesday. Now they need a Junior M&E Quantity Surveyor for UK projects with M&E packages from £3m to £15m. Commercial fit-out, data centres and industrial projects so you'll learn fast because the programmes are tight. What you'll actually do:
Help manage subcontractor accounts (politely but firmly) Assist with valuations, variations, and cost reports (no creative accounting) Chase progress, track budgets, spot commercial risks before they become expensive problems Learn from a Commercial Manager who's been there, not a PowerPoint

What you bring:

12 years' QS experience (M&E interest ideal; perfection not required) Basic Excel competence pivot tables are impressive, but we'll settle for tidy sums A willingness to ask questions before making mistakes, not after What you get:
