Sodexo Group in Belfast is seeking two Lead Quantity Surveyors to join our team on a site-based basis. You will manage cost, governance, and commercial activities across a large estate, lead tenders, and ensure NEC4 contract compliance.
Ideal candidates have a degree in Quantity Surveying (MRICS desirable) and at least 5 years in commercial management within property or infrastructure sectors. A competitive salary with bonus eligibility and onsite facilities are offered.
