Sodexo Belfast is seeking a Lead Quantity Surveyor to join our site-based team. You will deliver cost management, commercial governance and NEC4 contract oversight across a large multi-site property estate, supporting capital projects and maintenance works.
The role requires a degree in QS or related, 5+ years in commercial management, and strong stakeholder skills. You will participate in tendering, valuations, and final accounts while driving value and efficiency.
