Quantity Surveyor

Your new company A leading multidisciplinary construction and property consultancy based in Belfast is seeking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. Your new role As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing project costs from inception through to completion. Duties will include preparing cost plans and estimates, carrying out valuations, managing procurement processes, contract administration, assessing variations, producing financial reports and supporting clients with commercial advice throughout the project lifecycle.

You will work closely with clients, contractors and project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. What you'll need to succeed To be considered, you will hold a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline and have relevant post-graduate experience within consultancy or contracting environments. You will possess strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience working under standard forms of contract and proficiency in costing and reporting are essential. Candidates working towards or already holding professional accreditation will be viewed favourably. What you'll get in return
