Position: Site Manager (Construction & Fit Out)
Your new company Hays Construction & Property are delighted to be working with a well-established and highly respected Northern Ireland building contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality residential, commercial and mixed-use developments across the province. Due to a growing pipeline of secured projects, our client is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their operational team and play a key role in the successful delivery of projects from inception through to is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive and financially secure contractor that places a strong emphasis on quality, safety, teamwork and employee development.

Your new role As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of construction activities on site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards. You will oversee subcontractors and direct labour, coordinate site operations, monitor progress against programme targets and ensure compliance with all health and safety successful candidate will lead site meetings, maintain strong communication with clients, consultants and internal project teams, and ensure quality standards are achieved throughout the build process.

You will also manage site documentation, reporting and record keeping while driving productivity and maintaining exceptional standards of workmanship across the project. What you'll need to succeed To be considered for this opportunity, you will have proven experience working as a Site Manager within the construction or fit out industry and a strong track record of successfully delivering building projects from inception through to completion.

You will possess excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills, together with the ability to effectively manage subcontractors, resources and site programmes.

A sound understanding of health and safety legislation is essential, along with relevant site management qualifications such as SMSTS or SSSTS and a valid CSR, CSCS or equivalent card. Experience delivering residential, commercial or mixed-use construction projects would be highly advantageous.
