This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manageror a Senior Mechanical Project Manager ready to step upto oversee multiple mechanical projects across the Greater Dublin Area. You'll take ownership of projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring they're delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, clients and subcontractors, you'll play a key role in driving operational performance while maintaining strong client relationships and supporting the continued growth of the business.
Should You Apply? We think candidates with a Mechanical Building Services, Plumbing or M&E background should apply. After speaking with the hiring manager, if you've successfully delivered large mechanical projects and have experience leading site teams across residential, commercial or mixed-use developments, you'll have an excellent chance of being successful. You'll ideally have: 3 years' experience managing mechanical projects. Mechanical, Plumbing or M&E background.
Experience delivering residential, commercial or mixed-use developments. Strong programme management and commercial awareness. Excellent leadership and client-facing skills. Full driving licence and willingness to travel across Dublin. Previous Contracts Manager experience would be advantageous but experienced Mechanical Project Managers looking to step up are also encouraged to apply. Benefits for You: €70,000 - €85,000 basic salary (DOE). Company van and fuel card.
