Mitchell Maguire is seeking a Senior Estimator for commercial flooring projects in Belfast, with site visits typically 2-3 days per week. You will interpret drawings, prepare quotations, and build BOQs to meet customer deadlines.
The role requires 5+ years Estimating experience in construction, ideally flooring or fit-out, with strong communication. A quantity surveying degree is advantageous; IT literacy and experience with Tier-1 contractors are preferred.
