LEGGWORK are recruiting a Stone Mason for a heritage construction contractor working in Icomb, Gloucestershire. This role is more hands-on than highly technical and will involve knocking through openings, blockwork, and general stonework on a heritage project.

Working Hours:

8-9 hours per day, Monday to Friday.

Overtime:
Opportunities for overtime will become available as the project progresses, including Saturdays.

• Carry out general stone masonry works
• Knock through openings safely and accurately
• Complete blockwork to a high standard
• Assist with heritage stonework and restoration tasks
• Work from site instructions and drawings
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Follow all site health and safety procedures

• Previous experience as a Stone Mason or skilled Mason
• Experience with blockwork and general stonework
• Heritage construction experience is desirable
• Own tools and PPE
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
