Van Rath Belfast is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join a leading Main Contractor delivering diverse new build, refurbishment and fit-out projects from its Belfast base. The successful candidate will bring a degree and at least 3 years' experience with a main contractor, strong commercial awareness, and excellent communication to help plan, cost and deliver projects on time.
You will work within a dynamic team, manage cost plans, procurement and reporting, and contribute to ongoing project
