VANRATH is assisting a large Public Sector Organisation in finding a Quantity Surveyor for an initial 3-month contract based at their Belfast site. You will work closely with the NIHE procurement team to develop specifications, bills of quantities and tender documentation.
The role requires a Building/Construction qualification with 1–3 years’ relevant experience, and knowledge of quantity surveying software. The assignment offers potential extension and regional project exposure.
