Fawkes & Reece London is seeking a Freelance Site Manager to oversee upcoming commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects in Manchester over the next month or two, with a day rate up to 350 per day and weekly pay.
You will report to the Project Manager and senior management, maintain H&S standards, coordinate with design teams and client representatives, and support commissioning and final handovers. A 4+ year site management track record and relevant safety qualifications are required.
