Barker Ross Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a permanent role on a busy housing development in Bardney, Lincolnshire. You will oversee residential sites, lead multi-disciplinary teams and ensure safety and efficiency on site.
The successful candidate will hold a valid Telehandler ticket, demonstrate strong leadership and organisational skills, and drive site operations to high standards. This is a permanent role with salary £50,000–£60,000 depending on experience.
