Comprehensive benefits package The role of the Project Manager Civil Engineering & Infrastructure works will involve:
Project Manager position responsible for a range of civil engineering, infrastructure, drainage and highway contracts Regular site visits across Yorkshire, North East and the North West to monitor project progress, health & safety compliance and contractor performance. Reviewing drawings, specifications and project information to identify risks and requirements Preparing scopes, specifications and methodologies while supporting tenders and pre-construction Coordinating clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams Managing project costs, variations, forecasts and commercial performance Monitoring programmes, identifying risks and delays, and implementing corrective actions Ensuring projects meet health & safety, quality, environmental and regulatory requirements Overseeing projects with a value of up to £7m although typically £1m-£2m The ideal applicant will be a Project Manager Civil Engineering & Infrastructure works with:
