Your new role
As Working Foreperson, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of residential construction projects from inception through to completion. You will lead site operations while remaining hands-on where required, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards. Working closely with management, subcontractors and clients, you will coordinate daily site activities, manage labour resources, monitor programme targets and maintain exceptional quality throughout the construction process.
Projects will include new build houses, residential extensions and refurbishment works across Belfast and the surrounding areas.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience working as a Working Foreperson, Site Foreperson or Site Supervisor within the construction industry. A strong background in residential construction, house building, extensions or refurbishment projects is highly desirable. You will possess excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple trades and maintain productivity on site. A good understanding of health and safety requirements is essential, along with the ability to motivate teams and deliver projects to demanding quality standards.
Relevant site certifications including CSR/CSCS and a valid driving licence will be advantageous.
