NPP are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to work remotely to assist with the pricing of a large EWI contract.
Our client is a specialist on External Wall Insulation projects so the role would suit a surveyor with specific experience in this sector.
The role would consist of reviewing tender documents and completing a pricing schedule/BOQ for the project
Key Responsibilities- Commercial Control: review tender documents and complete a pricing schedule
- Risk Mitigation:
Identify commercial risks and protect profit margins on retrofit schemes.
- EWI Knowledge:
Direct experience with External Wall Insulation systems, retrofit, and fabric improvements. - Contract Acumen:
Familiarity with standard forms of contract used in UK housing and construction. - Independent Work:
Strong ability to manage setting up the project digitally without direct supervision. - Experience:
Experience as a QS on EWI contracts. With a relevant qualification
