Line Up Aviation is seeking a Building and Construction Project Manager in Belfast to lead client-side projects from feasibility to handover. The contract runs for 12 months with potential extension and requires BPSS clearance prior to starting.
The role is fully onsite in Belfast, 36 hours per week, with an hourly rate of £40.44 via Umbrella inside IR35. You will manage budgets, schedules and safety, coordinating internal and external teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
