Wates Smartspace in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a 6-month Fixed-Term Contract to deliver retrofit projects across Croydon, Brent, Ealing and Kilburn. You will manage works from mobilisation through to completion, ensuring safety, quality and programme delivery.
You will coordinate subcontractors and site teams, monitor progress, and maintain site records. A CSCS card and SMSTS are preferred, with strong stakeholder management skills required.
