Assistant Site Manager / Supervisor

Location:

Stoke Rate: £230 - £250 per day Linsco are currently looking for a Supervisor / Assistant Site Manager to join a a small re-roofing project near Stoke.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing and coordinating all sub-contractors Assist Site manager with daily operations Driving the programme to ensure works are completed on time and to a high standard Managing snagging lists and quality control Ensuring health & safety standards are met at all times Liaising with subcontractors, consultants, and senior management Preparing areas for inspection, handover, and practical completion Requirements:
Use of systems to record works progress Valid SMSTS / SSSTS , CSCS Card , and First Aid certificates - Strong eye for detail and ability to manage multiple trades Excellent communication and organisational skills If you're available and interested, please apply today or contact us for further information.
