NSR Associates is seeking a Pre-Construction Manager for its UK-based operations. You will lead bid and pre-construction efforts on fast-paced tenders, working closely with estimation, planning, QHSE and MEP teams to drive strategy from head office to site.
You will be responsible for client facing engagement, subcontractor selection, and procurement strategy, ensuring a quality-led, value-driven approach throughout the bid process and into early site activities.
