Wates Smartspace in Leamington Spa is seeking an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team, supporting a portfolio of planned works across social housing refurbishment. The role involves working with a Project QS, Senior QS and other assistants on retrofit, kitchens and bathrooms, windows and doors, providing exposure to subcontractor management, valuations and cost reporting.
