Essentially, your job will be to take ownership of commercial fit-out projects on site, making sure everything runs smoothly from start through to completion. Working closely with the Contracts Manager, you'll manage the day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors and trades, keep projects on programme and ensure work is completed safely and to a high standard. You'll be involved in reading drawings and specifications, scheduling and procuring materials, managing site teams, communicating with clients and making sure the quality of the finished project is exactly where it needs to be.

Projects will primarily be across Northern Ireland, with travel to the Republic of Ireland and the rest of the UK when required. Should you apply? A joinery background is essential for this position. We think candidates who have progressed throughjoinery/carpentry into Site Management and have experience delivering commercial fit-out projects should apply. You'll ideally have:
Strongjoinery / high-end joinery experience Commercial fit-out Site Management experience Experience managing subcontractors and site trades Ability to interpretdrawings and specifications Strong project programming and scheduling skills Materials scheduling and procurement experience Strong Health & Safety knowledge Excellent client communication skills Full UK driving licence CSCS / CSR / SMSTS, First Aid and PROCORE experience would be advantageous.
