You'll be part of a busy commercial team delivering projects across multiple sectors, with the support and structure needed to develop into a senior role.

Hybrid working with 1-2 days from home Occasional UK travel (typically once per month) Defined progression towards Senior QS role Consistent pipeline of work through long-term frameworks Key responsibilities Overseeing the commercial performance of active projects Producing valuations, variations, cost reports, and final accounts Managing procurement processes and subcontractor negotiations Assisting with tenders and early cost planning activities Liaising with project teams, consultants, and clients About you Background in quantity surveying within construction Strong understanding of contracts and commercial management Comfortable working on high-value projects Effective communication and negotiation abilities Open to occasional travel across the UK What's next?
