You will organise property visits, conduct surveys, and coordinate refurbishment access to minimise disruption while ensuring resident satisfaction.
The role requires excellent verbal and written communication, a customer-focused mindset, and reliability. A Driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential. DBS check is mandatory.
