About you Minimum of Level 6 qualification in engineering, building, construction, or a related discipline At least 3 years' relevant experience in construction or building projects, preferably within airport, safety-critical, or complex infrastructure environments Full, clean driving licence and own vehicle Demonstrable experience in project planning, supervision, and delivery Proficiency in industry-standard software such as CAD, MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and relevant project management tools Valid certifications including CSCS, CSR, and Safe Pass or equivalent Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with contractors, stakeholders, and internal teams Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and statutory compliance (e.g., CDM
2015) Ability to work flexible hours, including out-of-hours work when required, and respond to emergencies promptly Proven track record of working within Quality Control / Quality Assurance systems in high-pressure environments What you'll do Support the full lifecycle of building projects through planning, supervision, and effective coordination of contractors and internal teams Ensure all activities are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards Act as the primary point of contact for contractors and facilitate clear communication between hub departments, partners, and project stakeholders Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining project schedules and lookahead programmes, ensuring alignment with overall project timelines Help identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues to prevent delays or operational disruptions Contribute to maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance across all project activities Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, progress updates, and meeting minutes Participate in safety audits, site inspections, and emergency response exercises Support continuous improvement initiatives by embedding lessons learned and best practices into project delivery For further information on this vacancy, or any other Built Environment job in Co Antrim or wider Northern Ireland, please apply via the link below or contact James McIntosh for a confidential discussion IND
