Gilbert-Ash in Belfast seeks a Contracts Surveyor to ensure surveying functions on allocated projects and maximise project profitability. You will liaise with Estimating, Purchasing and Project teams, analyse contracts, manage sub-contractor packages and produce cost appraisals.
Role requires 2+ years surveying experience, deep knowledge of construction processes, and a track record in contract negotiation with multi-disciplinary sub-contractors. Travel to UK/ROI sites may be required.
