THE EMPLOYER IS: TRAINING FOR WOMEN NETWORK LTD.Create and upload social media posts, graphics, and short videos aligned with project goals. Assist in maintaining the organisation’s website and updating content as required. Support the development of newsletters and other digital communications. Monitor engagement and provide basic analytics reports on content performance. Work with project staff to highlight activities, events, and participant stories.
Training and supervision will be provided. This role is suitable for someone starting their career in digital media, and is office based with potential for some hybrid flexibility.
- Plan, design and schedule digital content across multiple platforms.
- Produce visual and written content consistent with branding guidelines.
- Coordinate with project staff to source stories, images, and updates.
- Update website pages and ensure information remains current.
- Track engagement metrics and prepare summary reports.
- Support promotional campaigns and online outreach activities.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital tools (e.g., Canva, Meta Business Suite).
- Good written and visual communication skills.
- Experience creating short-form video content.
- Familiarity with newsletter platforms (e.g., Mailchimp).
- Understanding of audience engagement and analytics.
- Organised, creative, and able to work independently under direction.
