AFLALO has a point of view. We're looking for a Graphic Designer who has one too.

You have strong graphic fundamentals — typography, composition, the discipline of a well‑constructed layout — a trained eye for fashion, and a genuine curiosity about where AI sits in a modern design practice. You care about the details, you understand the luxury landscape, and you love walking the line between informed technical practice and the unknown playground of what's next.

You're curious about emerging tools and capabilities in AI image development, and ready to put that curiosity to work. You'll partner closely with our Brand team to translate creative direction into precise, elevated outputs across every channel.

• Responsible for keeping the graphic design of Aflalo throughout all channels consistent and within the brand guidelines in close collaboration with our Senior Art Director.
• Support the development and execution of AFLALO’s visual identity across campaigns, e-commerce, packaging, invites and general brand activity, including newsletters.
• Create consistent templates in Indesign, Figma, Excel and Keynote.
• Design and refine layouts with a sharp sensitivity to typography, spacing, and composition with aesthetic discipline.
• Translate creative direction into polished assets across lookbooks, presentations, social, and digital platforms.
• Assist in shaping seasonal campaigns, concept prep and post production support.
• Support light motion and video editing where needed.
• Art formatting + technical preparation of visual assets.

• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator).
• Fluency in Keynote and/or Figma.
• Working knowledge of video editing and/or animation is a plus.
• Familiarity and consistent skill development in AI image generation tools (e.g. Midjourney, Runway) and an interest in building workflows around them.
• Strong awareness of e-commerce design principles and digital customer experience

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design.
• Experience working within fashion, luxury, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design across brand, ecommerce, campaign, and digital work.
• Ability to work effectively across time zones.
• English language fluency.

• Based in Europe.
• Available during 7am - 3pm EST, NYC working hours.
• Comfortable building remote processes and ways of working within a growing entrepreneurial environment.
• Willing to travel for shoots and key business meetings as required.
