Cala Consulting are recruiting for an experienced Senior Graphic Designer working with business to business customers in a scaling business based in Belfast. This role will be hybrid, office based.

The Role

The Senior Graphic Designer will take ownership of its day-to-day visual content. Working within a small, fast-paced marketing team, you will create high-quality digital and print assets for approximately 50+ events each year, alongside customer case studies, presentations, social content, sales collateral and brand materials.

As the design lead within a small, four-person marketing team, you will have real ownership over the visual identity of the business - not just executing a brief, but helping define how a technical, B2B product gets seen and understood. This is a production-focused creative role for someone who can manage a high volume of briefs, turn complex technical information into clear and engaging visual content, and deliver consistently strong work to tight deadlines.
