JOB TITLE: Graphic Designer

LOCATION: Bicester

SALARY: £28,000 - £35,000

THE BUSINESS: C4S Search are pleased to be working with an established and forward-thinking digital solutions provider, this growing organisation delivers innovative websites, multimedia assets, and creative digital content for a wide range of global clients.

• Design, build, and maintain websites using Word Press and commonly used plugins.
• Create visually engaging digital assets, UI designs, and page layouts.
• Apply CSS customisation to enhance site presentation and user experience.
• Collaborate with developers and designers on new concepts, features, and creative briefs.
• Produce graphics, multimedia content, and support the development of digital training materials.

Essential:

• A demonstrable portfolio showcasing recent web or graphic design work.
• Strong working knowledge of Word Press (themes, plugins, basic builds).
• Understanding of CSS and core web design principles.
• Strong design instinct with excellent attention to layout, typography, and brand consistency.

Desirable:

Experience with one or more of the following:

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD)
• Figma, Canva, or GIMP
• Articulate, Captivate, or other e-learning tools
• 3D software such as Blender or 3DS Max
• Training content development, e-learning, or CBT
