As we continue to grow, we're looking for a talented and versatile Midweight Designer
(Motion & Digital) to join our creative studio.
Overview of the RoleThis role is ideal for an experienced designer who enjoys creating high-quality work across a
variety of channels and formats, with a particular passion for animation and motion
graphics.
You'll play an important role in bringing brands and campaigns to life, transforming creative
concepts, brand guidelines and client briefs into engaging visual content across digital, print
and motion. From social media content and presentations to exhibitions, marketing
campaigns, branding projects and video assets, you'll have the opportunity to work on a
broad and varied portfolio of work.
We're looking for someone who combines strong creative thinking with excellent execution,
takes pride in producing polished work, and enjoys managing multiple projects within a fast-
paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities Creative DesignProduce high-quality creative work across print, digital and motion channels.
Develop engaging visual concepts that align with client objectives, brand guidelines
and campaign strategies.
Create effective, visually compelling designs that communicate key messages and
drive audience engagement.
Motion & AnimationDesign and produce motion graphics, social media animations and promotional video
content.
Bring static creative assets to life through animation and motion design.
Support video editing and post-production activities where required.
Marketing & Campaign DeliveryDesign a wide range of marketing collateral, including:
- Social media assets
- Campaign creative
- Presentations and pitch decks
- Brochures and printed materials
- Exhibition and event graphics
- Signage and large-format artwork
- Digital advertisements and online content
Adapt and evolve campaign creative across multiple formats and channels while
maintaining brand consistency.
Brand ImplementationApply existing brand identities accurately across a variety of touchpoints.
Contribute to the development and refinement of client brand assets and campaigns.
Maintain high standards of visual consistency, typography and design quality.
Production & Quality ControlPrepare artwork and production-ready files for both digital and print output.
Ensure all creative assets are technically accurate and delivered to specification.
Maintain exceptional attention to detail throughout the creative process.
Collaboration & Project ManagementWork closely with designers, project managers, account teams and clients.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising workload effectively to meet
deadlines.
Participate in creative reviews and contribute ideas to improve creative output.
Continuous ImprovementStay informed about emerging design, digital, animation and AI-assisted creative
trends.
