The Midweight Graphic Designer creates high-quality, engaging design that brings client brands, event concepts and creative ideas to life across physical and digital experiences. Combining strong design craft, creative thinking and growing project ownership, the role develops and implements visual identities across a wide range of event touchpoints, ensuring work is distinctive, consistent and appropriate for its audience.

Working closely with Creative Leads, the Head of Design and multidisciplinary project teams, the Midweight Graphic Designer contributes from initial ideation and pitches through to final delivery. The role takes increasing ownership of design work, collaborates confidently with clients and colleagues, and contributes to the continued quality and development of the Design Studio.
