Graphic and Web Designer

Property Flow is a short let management platform for UK hosts. This is a hybrid graphic and web role, deliberately. Two things decide whether a small paid budget works: how much ad creative we can produce, and how fast the landing pages convert. Both are design problems and both need to be in house so they can change the same day.

• Ad creative at volume for Meta and Instagram, refreshed weekly, static and motion.
• Campaign and comparison landing pages, designed and built, working to our tech team's standards.
• App Store and Google Play creative: screenshots, feature graphics, preview videos.
• Product marketing visuals against our fixed invented dataset, never live platform data.
• The brand system in Outfit and Inter, applied consistently across the site, stores, social and documents, with templates so the team can self serve.
• Podcast and social assets.

• Three or more years in graphic or digital design with a portfolio we can look at.
• Figma to a high standard.
• Landing page build capability in Webflow, Framer, Word Press or hand written HTML and CSS. You do not have to be an engineer, you do have to be able to ship a page.
• Performance creative experience: you have designed ads that were tested against each other and you know which won and why.
• Motion or video editing to a working standard.

• Your portfolio is all logos and posters with no digital or performance work.
• You need an engineer for every page change.
• You work slowly and beautifully. Volume and speed matter more here than perfection on a single asset.
