Brand Motion Director

We’re looking for a senior motion creative who is ready to take the next step in their career and join our creative leadership team. You’ll be responsible for leading and shaping the direction and standard of brand motion across Mammoth. You will work closely with Strategy and Creative teams to translate strategic positioning into dynamic motion systems.

You:

• You are already a very experienced motion designer, working at a senior level, with a strong track record of creating brand motion systems and motion identities.
• You think beyond individual animations. This role is about much more than making things move. You understand brand and can translate strategic thinking into brand motion behaviours and systems that are integral to a bigger, strategic picture.
• You’re confident working across both 2D and 3D. You know when and how to use each to get to the most appropriate, creatively interesting result.
• You’re ready to take the lead and set the creative direction for motion ’ll be guiding a small team of freelance motion designers to deliver great work.
• You’re happy presenting to clients. You can confidently explain your thinking and can get clients excited about the strategic value that motion can bring to their brand.
• You’ve got a good head for business too. Alongside managing your day-to-day workload, you can spot opportunities, build good relationships with clients and shape what motion looks like as Mammoth continues to grow.
