Pay: £27,019.20 per year
Work Hours:
5 days per week, 6am-7pm; fully flexible during these hours.
Our Social Support Game-changers will be immersed in virtual reality worlds, aiming to enhance seamless VR experiences. This full-time position will be permanently site‑based at our Belfast VR Hub.
What You Will Do- Provide a ‘white glove’ experience via phone, online forums, social media platforms and product review platforms.
- Own and resolve customer issues using the tools and resources provided.
- Deliver engaging assistance, supporting customers at all experience levels.
- Provide professional responses to user comments and questions; resolve problems and issues.
- Be an ambassador of the Client and their products, embracing culture and tone of voice in every social interaction.
- Identify opportunities to reduce customer effort and drive user satisfaction.
- Identify and understand customer pain‑points at the earliest opportunity.
- Monitor forum channels, review and identify issues or concerns, and escalating/action situations as appropriate.
- Actively contribute to a knowledge base of resolution.
- Provide engagement activity support and overall community management services.
- Continuously monitor activity and interpret posts correctly, ensuring responses are tailored according to the client and their products’ brand personality, answering all questions fully and accurately.
- Create and promote engaging responses that encourage participation.
- Develop user‑generated content to help the online community achieve its goals.
- Professional experience or in‑depth understanding of social media support.
- Fluent in English and Italian (C1 CEFR level).
- Availability to work 5 days per week between 6am-7pm.
- Typing speed 55 WPM with 95% accuracy.
- Experience or interest in virtual reality gaming is desirable.
