Customer Support Advisor – Digital & Streaming Platform

Belfast (On-site, City Centre)
£25,480 annually + 20% uplift for unsociable hours
Full-time | 40 hours per week

If you're the person friends come to when their app isn't working, their account wont load, or their subscriptions acting up — this role will feel familiar.

Were recruiting Customer Support Advisors to support users of a major global streaming platform, helping customers get the most out of the tech they use every day.

This is a customer service role with a digital edge — perfect for someone who's comfortable with apps, platforms, and problem-solving.

What you'll be doing:
Customer Support Advisor

* Supporting customers via phone and social channels

* Helping users navigate apps, accounts, and subscriptions

* Troubleshooting issues across devices and platforms

* Explaining features clearly, without jargon

* Turning its not working into sorted — thanks

Who this suits:
Customer Support Advisor

You don't need to be a developer — but you probably:

* Use streaming services daily

* Pick things up quickly when apps or systems change

* Enjoy figuring out why something isn't working

* Can explain tech simply to non-technical people

Customer service experience helps, but its your mindset and communication that matter most.

* 40 hours per week

* Rotational shifts between 8am–12am

* Initial training Monday–Friday (daytime)

* Fully on-site, Belfast city centre
