We're recruiting Customer Support Advisors to support users of a major global streaming platform, helping customers get the most out of the tech they use every day.

This is a customer service role with a digital edge — perfect for someone who's comfortable with apps, platforms, and problem-solving.

• Supporting customers via phone and social channels
• Helping users navigate apps, accounts, and subscriptions
• Troubleshooting issues across devices and platforms
• Explaining features clearly, without jargon
• Turning its not working into sorted — thanks

• Use streaming services daily
• Pick things up quickly when apps or systems change
• Enjoy figuring out why something isn't working
• Can explain tech simply to non-technical people

Customer service experience helps, but its your mindset and communication that matter most.

• Confident communicator (comfortable speaking all day)
• Calm, patient, and naturally helpful
• Tech-comfortable — apps, logins, settings, devices
• Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to set hours
• Flexible to work between 8am and midnight

• 40 hours per week
• Rotational shifts between 8am-12am
• Initial training Monday-Friday (daytime)
• Fully on-site, Belfast city centre
