Various through Aug/Sept 2025 - Shifts:
Full time, 40 hours per week, between 07:00 and 23:00 - Probity requirements:
Credit, Criminal, Sanctions and Fraud checks; must evidence last 2 years employment history and last 5 years address history
- At first point of contact, provide outstanding customer service and help the organisation to achieve its goals
- Educate customers on the different ways to bank and support them in choosing the right service options
- Accurately and compliantly complete processes and procedures, delivering a seamless and positive customer experience
- Take actions to deliver good customer outcomes, reviewing and mitigating gaps to ensure satisfactory service
- Conduct financial reviews with customers and provide accurate information to help them make informed decisions
- Manage diaries and balance proactive conversations with planned customer meetings
- Maintain relationships with colleagues and resolve complaints promptly to restore customer trust
- Deliver excellent service with the customer’s needs and financial goals in mind
- Educate customers on banking options and assist in selecting the best ones
- Complete processes accurately and compliantly to provide a seamless experience
- Experience in a customer service environment with relationship management
- Strong organisational and time management skills to meet performance measures
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Experience in a regulatory environment
- Good technology skills with Microsoft Office
