  • Salary: £26,200 annual
  • Location:

    Natwest, Belfast City Centre
  • Start date:

    Various through Aug/Sept 2025
  • Shifts:

    Full time, 40 hours per week, between 07:00 and 23:00
  • Probity requirements:
    Credit, Criminal, Sanctions and Fraud checks; must evidence last 2 years employment history and last 5 years address history
Key Responsibilities
  • At first point of contact, provide outstanding customer service and help the organisation to achieve its goals
  • Educate customers on the different ways to bank and support them in choosing the right service options
  • Accurately and compliantly complete processes and procedures, delivering a seamless and positive customer experience
  • Take actions to deliver good customer outcomes, reviewing and mitigating gaps to ensure satisfactory service
  • Conduct financial reviews with customers and provide accurate information to help them make informed decisions
  • Manage diaries and balance proactive conversations with planned customer meetings
  • Maintain relationships with colleagues and resolve complaints promptly to restore customer trust

  • Deliver excellent service with the customer’s needs and financial goals in mind
  • Educate customers on banking options and assist in selecting the best ones
  • Complete processes accurately and compliantly to provide a seamless experience
Skills & Requirements
  • Experience in a customer service environment with relationship management
  • Strong organisational and time management skills to meet performance measures
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Experience in a regulatory environment
  • Good technology skills with Microsoft Office
  • Customer-focused attitude
