A leading facilities management company is looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to join their team at ICC Waterfront in Belfast. This position requires exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to conduct audits and assist with payroll. Applicants should have experience in customer service, and while NVQ/SVQ Level One in Cleaning Building Interiors is preferred, it is not essential.

This role includes a flexible working pattern of 30 hours per week across a 4-week rolling rota.
