Year Contract Initially A fantastic opportunity has become available with our client for a Client Fulfilment Manager You will the point of contact for all customer queries/issues for a tech giant thats products help some of the worlds largest businesses. This team will support clients post-sales, so please note there is no sales aspect to this role. You will be assigned clients across the AMERCIAS region and build long term relationships with these clients.

Ideally, youll be an analytical thinker who can manage your own workload, determining and following up on commercial priorities and outstanding issues. Ideally you will have the ability to identify reoccurring issues and improvements can be made. By using your initiative, these insights will present the opportunity to implement process change and improvement. This will be a challenging and fast paced environment, where you will work with external clients but also several internal touch points / internal teams in order to resolve client issues/queries.

Experience with in Customer Service within a fast-paced environment, where you ensure a positive customer experience via accurate and timely delivery and responsiveness to external and internal customers. Well developed business skills Understand customer issues, monitor critical customer service data (including KPIs), and have the ability consistently prioritise your workload. The ability to utilise a systematic and logical approach to your workload is key, especially at times when your workload is high.

Resilience and the ability to manage your customers expectations, especially in situations where you are delivering a difficult message is important in this role. Ability to use reports/dashboards, experience in MS tools (Outlook, Excel, Powepoint, Word) Excel proficiency is a must To be successful in this role, youll need to have a business/technology/finance/supply chain-related degree/ OR relevant level of experience (specifically within Customer Relationship Management), have strong knowledge of MS Office programs (particularly Excel), along with commercial experience in a professional environment.

Knowledge and experience of Order processing tools like Oracle, SAP, Salesforce would be a distinct advantage.

Skills:

Business related degree Confident in MS Office inc Excel Exp using order processing tools
