Contract Type: Permanent, full-time

Hours: 42 Hours weekly (Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm, with one early finish per week and Saturdays 8am to 2pm on a rota basis)

Salary: OTE up to £35,000 (uncapped) with basic of £29,000 per annum

Belfast Cupra Seat/BYD is recruiting for an experienced and dedicated Service Advisor to join our Aftersales Team on site.

Responsibilities
  • Book MOTs, services and other repair work for customers.
  • Advise customers about warranty coverage and upsell additional parts or accessories.
  • Liaise with the Aftersales department to organise and schedule appointments based on workload and call volume.
  • Manage a high volume of customers daily, including telephone calls and online booking queries.
  • Inform customers of turnaround times and ensure effective communication while their vehicle is in the workshop.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update systems when bookings are made.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Prior experience in a similar automotive aftersales role.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Ability to explain technical information clearly and concisely.
  • Experience with Kerridge or ADP advantageous, and knowledge of other dealer systems preferred.
  • Energetic, warm personality, and a passion for delivering a first‑class customer experience.
