Resident Advisor

Our welcoming team at Alma Place is looking for a Resident Advisor to join Fresh and help create a great place for our residents to call home.

• You’ll work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• Shifts will fall between 8am and 5pm, on a rota basis
• You’ll be part of a supportive and collaborative team

• Creating a friendly, vibrant community where residents feel safe and included
• Organising social events and activities
• Communicating with residents through social media and other channels
• Welcoming residents and visitors at reception
• Handling day-to-day enquiries in person, over the phone, and via email
• Supporting administration tasks, including processing rental payments

• Someone who is approachable, passionate, and community-focused
• A natural ability to listen to residents and understand their needs
• Strong organisation and time management skills
• Confidence in handling administrative tasks alongside resident-facing duties
• A commitment to creating a safe, welcoming environment where residents feel comfortable
• A team player who is enthusiastic, proactive, and solution-focused
