Customer Service Ambassador
A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for a Customer Service Ambassador, who will work at our client’s premises. You must be able to demonstrate and deliver high quality guarding and excellent customer service to both our clients and service users. The successful candidate is required to provide an efficient, effective and professional service.
Duties as a Customer Service Ambassador- To provide a professional service and ensure total customer satisfaction
- Dealing with emergencies and liaising with Emergency Services if necessary
- Continual monitoring of the internal areas and external areas of site
- Patrol as instructed and serve as a general presence and as a visible deterrent
- Detect and report suspicious activities
- Regular Health & Safety checks of all areas
- To provide an open and consistent communication interface between the Client and Management
- To be fully aware of all emergency and evacuation procedures
- To be able to complete basic Fire Fighting and Fire prevention procedure
The successful candidate must ensure all training from the client and Bidvest Noonan is completed and adhered to while on duty.

- Build strong and professional relationships with our customers and clients, to ensure that they view Noonan as professionals and experts at service delivery who they can trust to deliver the service consistently in a cost-effective manner
- Acknowledge our customers in a polite and professional manner and recognise regular customers by name so that our individual customers feel valued
- Act with honesty, integrity and treat our customers the way you want to be treated
- Make sure you understand our Standards in the site specification and Assignment Instructions and adhere to these
