Hours: 19 hours per week – Thursday + Friday 8:30‑5pm, Saturday 9‑3pm.

Pay: £12.71 per hour.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a warm, empathetic, and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Showroom Host. As a Showroom host you will be our customers first point of contact and are crucial in providing Charles Hurst a world‑class experience.

Our reception team or as we sometimes like to call them, Showroom Hosts are passionate about delivering first‑class customer experiences and let their warm, friendly personality shine through during each customer interaction. If you enjoy going above and beyond for customers, then this is the right place for you.

• Act as the first point of contact for customers and provide a welcoming environment.
• Maintain the showroom presentation and keep the area tidy and welcoming.
• Use excellent communication skills to demonstrate confidence and assertiveness when dealing with people.
• Deliver a warm, empathetic and friendly customer experience.

• Experience working in a similar role.
• Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail.
• Proven ability to handle a variety of responsibilities.
