This is more than a customer service role - every shift, you'll help people during some of the most critical moments of their lives. Working within a 24/7 emergency operations centre , you'll support essential services including:
Emergency calls (999 / 112) Directory enquiries (118500) Relay UK services As a Customer Service Advisor , you'll be the first point of contact for callers in urgent and often distressing situations. You'll remain calm, gather vital information, and connect callers to the right emergency service quickly and efficiently. This is a role with real purpose - where your voice can truly make a difference.
Working Hours 37.5 hours per week 5 days over 7 (including weekends and bank holidays) Four-week rotating rota Shifts between 08:00 and 23:00 Training Full-time paid training (37.5 hours per week) ? 4 weeks duration ? 100% attendance required Training may include both morning and evening sessions What We're Looking For You'll be a great fit if you can:
