About The Role
Working pattern: 3 on 3 off basis days, evenings.
Responsibilities- Ensure excellent customer service is shown to all passengers.
- Promptly answer the phone in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Ensure Host Desk is manned at all times and arrange cover when required.
- Ensure all Electric Mobility Aids (EMA) are tagged prior to going airside.
- Right to Work in the UK.
- Required to pass pre-employment screening including 5 years of employee reference checking.
- Previous customer service / reception experience is essential.
- Experience using IT programmes such as Microsoft Outlook and Office programmes.
