Manchester Arndale is looking for a customer service representative to ensure quality service and support at the Host Desk. The role requires answering calls courteously, providing assistance to all passengers, and ensuring compliance with operational standards.
Ideal candidates will have a right to work in the UK and prior experience in customer service or reception roles. The working pattern is a 3 on 3 off basis covering days and evenings.
