Severn Trent Water is looking for a Customer Inspector to help ensure customers receive a constant supply of good quality drinking water. You will own customer issues end-to-end from inspection to full resolution, coordinating with the customer hub to keep customers informed.
You will undertake inspections for issues such as leaks, stop taps, and water waste, while upholding safety, GDPR, and company policies. A full UK Driving Licence and strong communication skills are essential.
