Wednesday 29 Jul 2026 12:00 Job summary Do you excel at customer service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere with great communication? Are you a welcoming and committed individual who would play the part in delivering an unrivalled customer experience? The ideal person will have/be:
Supervisory experience of managing a small team At least 2 years experience as a receptionist or in a customer facing role Previous switchboard experience Smart, professional appearance and courteous manner Be a confident, well-presented individual who possesses excellent interpersonal & organisational skills Can demonstrate a passion for excellent customer service. Be able to lead by example and nurture the reception teams strengths and identify areas for improvement.

And if possible (but not essential) have:
